Why is it that kids think they can lie and get away with it? Why do they believe that when they divert calls, from school, hide report cards and suspension notices that we won't find out. They fail to realize that we have done all these things before, some successful and others unsuccesful. I have commissioned my young son to believe that Dad, is everywhere and no where. I know and see everything you do, whether you see me or not, I will find out. Speak on it people.

I DONT KNOW THE ANSWER TO IT BUT I KNOW WHEN I WAS YOUNGER I WAS THE SAME WAY. THIS IS WHEN YOU HAVE TO BEFRIEND YOU CHILD TO A CERTAIN EXTENT WHERE THEY WILL FEEL COMFORTABLE TELLING YOU THINGS THEY WOULD OTHERWISE TRY TO HIDE. THE MORE COMFORTABLE THEY ARE WITH YOU THE BETTER. THE TRADE OFF IS YOU HAVE TO LESSEN THE PUNISHMENTS BECAUSE IF A CHILD KNOWS HE/SHE IS GONNA GET IN A LOT OF TROUBLE, THATS WHEN THE LYING AND THE SHEISTY STUFF STARTS.
